Cambridge Analytica responds after CEO filmed discussing bribery and entrapment
Cambridge Analytica is scrambling to react after a British TV slot disclosed a covert report that demonstrated its CEO talking about potential pay off and ensnarement. The Channel 4 report indicated CEO Alexander Nix telling covert journalists acting like imminent Sri Lankan customers that his organization could possibly ensnare lawmakers by setting them up with alluring ladies and recording the experience. The troubled information examination organization said in an announcement on Monday that the report had been "altered and scripted to horribly distort the idea of those discussions and how the organization leads its business." Nix said in the announcement that he had "engaged a progression of unbelievable speculative situations" to abstain from humiliating a potential customer.
